How to Install Skype for Business in Microsoft Office


1.In any MS Office 365 program, click File > Account or Office Account.

2.A list of products will appear along with the Manage Account button.  Click the button. 

3.You will be taken to the Office 365 site.  Click the Install button to Install the latest version of Office.

4.If you get a security warning, click Run.

5.A window may ask you to close programs.  Close them then click Try Again  (or let MS close the programs).

6.A window opens asking you to accept the license agreement.  Click Accept.

7.A window opens to let you know the status of the install.

8.A tutorial window opens.  Review the tutorial by clicking Next on each screen.

9.When the You’re good to go screen opens, click All done!

10.The Skype icon will appear on your desktop.  Double click to open it. Use your Office 365 username and password to login.
