Compare Excel Columns Quickly!

If you need to compare two columns for exact data in Excel, there are several ways to do it, but this is FAST!

1) Select the columns (Ctrl + A in the data will select all of it).

2) Ctrl + G opens Go To, then click Special, OK.

3) Select Row differences, then OK.

4) All the non-identical values will be selected!

Another option is to create a new column with the formula =A2=B2 (assuming your data to compare is in A and B.  Then using the AutoFill handle, double-click it to copy the formula to the end of the data.  That will return TRUE if the data is the same, or FALSE if it is different.
